Our Returns Policy

Me & Amber offers a 30 day return policy on products that are 'damaged in transit' or 'incorrectly shipped'.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT POLICY

In the event that you receive a product that appears to have been 'damaged in transit' that is, damaged in transit from Me & Amber to you, please notify us immediately. For products which are determined by Me & Amber to be damaged in transit, a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of product returned and the freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you.

Please note that events such as willful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return.

INCORRECTLY SHIPPED PRODUCT

In the event that you receive a product that is different to the one ordered ('incorrectly shipped product') you should notify Me & Amber immediately upon receipt of the product. For all 'incorrectly shipped products' we will resend your order as soon as possible and inform you of how to return the incorrect order to us, at no additional delivery charge to you.

How many days after purchase can I refund my order?

We have a 30 day refund policy for damaged or incorrectly shipped products.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us at info@meandamber.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We will then provide an address to return the goods to (no cost to you), and send out a replacement.
