PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST of 10%. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, direct deposits and cheque. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order, payment is returned in full.

PURCHASING

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our website, click the "add" button shown on each product page. When you are finished placing your order and have clicked the “submit” button, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order's data is not accessible via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

COLOURS

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. There may also be slight variations in colour of the printed fabric due to different inks and dye lots.

RETURNS POLICY

Me & Amber offers a 14 day return policy on products that are 'damaged in transit' or 'incorrectly shipped'. Details of our 'damaged in transit' and 'incorrectly shipped' policies are provided in this document.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT POLICY

In the event that you receive a product that appears to have been 'damaged in transit' that is, damaged in transit from Me & Amber to you, you should notify Me & Amber immediately. For products which are determined by Me & Amber to be damaged in transit, a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of product returned and the freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you.

Please note that events such as willful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return.

INCORRECTLY SHIPPED PRODUCT

In the event that you receive a product that is different to the one ordered ('incorrectly shipped product') you should notify Me & Amber immediately upon receipt of the product. For all 'incorrectly shipped products' we will resend your order as soon as possible and inform you of how to return the incorrect order to us, at no additional delivery charge to you.
